Is it helpful if I have reports for my item?

Yes, While not having a certificate does not necessarily devalue your item, accompanying stone reports from highly regarded labs such as GIA can be helpful, and also assist in us giving you a accurate estimate over the phone/email. Don’t worry if you don’t have a certificate....many valuable pieces do not have them. We will evaluate your piece regardless.

I have an appraisal, can you pay me full appraisal price?
